Hi David

Sorry to hear about your problems. Can you tell a bit about your system.
From the error I can see you are running Joomla 1.5 but what subversion?

What PHP/MySQL version is you site running on?

Kind regards

You should consider upgrading your Joomla to the latest v. 1.5.7, as multiple bugs and security issues has been fixed since 1.5.3

I believe there's been around 300 fixes to Joomla since 1.5.3.

You can download an upgrade patch here: joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsrelease/83...Patch_Package.tar.gz

That said, I personally have seen some funny behaviour in Joomla on local servers, but I'll try to test CAMOS on PHP 5 as well to see if that will make a difference from the PHP 4.4.8 it's currently tested on.

Kind regards

Just ran a test on a PHP 5.2.6 system - with Joomla 1.5.7 and everything works as expected.

I suspect your old Joomla version or your local host server to be the reason for your trouble, but if you could please try to upgrade and let me know if that fixes your problem.

Kind regards

Hi sorry the version of Joomla that I have installed is actually 1.5.7 stable full package. However in the right hand corner of the admin page it says version 1.5.3 I only downloaded this two weeks ago.
