Joomla SEO Part 4 - Linked content titles

Are you using linked content titles? You should! In this part 4 of our Joomla SEO guide I'll explain why this is important to do for a better internal linking structure.

You know links counts in SEO, you probably also knows that a good link text is better than a bad one, but did you know that if you have more than one link on a page, to the same url Google rates only the first link text . This does not have so much to do with our linked titles, but it's nice to know, when you build your internal links.
And linked titles is all about good internal linking structure. Without linked titles, all you are left with are often a "read more" link text. This is the case on e.g. blog view links. By turning on linked titles you get much better link texts as the title says a hell alot more than "read more" about the content it's linking to :)

And because linked titles comes before "read more" it's the only link text to your target on that page that counts. Nice huh?

You can turn on linked titles from you Global configuration.
